AFG Group is seeking experienced and qualified Fencers to work on a variety of projects across both rail and non-rail environments. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled tradespeople who take pride in delivering safe, high-quality fencing installations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain a range of fencing systems to high industry standards

  • Undertake work on rail and off-rail sites, following all safety and compliance requirements

  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently

  • Complete projects to agreed timescales and client specifications

  • Comply with Health & Safety procedures, including rail industry regulations

Essential Requirements

  • Proven fencing experience in rail and/or construction environments

  • Valid rail competency (PTS) and recognised fencing qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Strong understanding of site safety and safe working practices

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
